Privacy policy

Information submitted through the Dataco contact form and chatbot may be processed to answer inquiries, protect the service and improve response quality. In chatbot conversations, obvious sensitive values such as email addresses, phone-like identifiers and credentials are redacted before storage; session and IP identifiers are protected with one-way hashes, and bot analytics are retained for 365 days by default. Do not submit passwords, API keys or other confidential information. This notice does not replace the final policy Dataco should approve with legal advice.
